New Balance are believed to be one of the most underrated pairs currently in the sneaker scene. With the past pairs not grabbing much attention the upcoming pair Salehe Bembury x New Balance 2002R is believed to change the perception.
The famous Antelope canyon in Arizona and the New Balance and the Versace Vice President of Sneakers and Men’s footwear’s attention towards “Peace be the journey” can be seen as the source of inspiration for the particular pair.
The pair is dispensed with varying shades of orange with slight hits of dark maroon on the top with a mixture of suede and leather on various parts of the shoe. The toe box is made up of yellow mesh which can also be seen on the back of sides. The blue New balance logo certainly compliments the shoe. Shades of blue can also be seen on the tongue and vertical lace lock in the form of text. The laces are in tonal orange giving the shoe a more subtle look making it a daily wearable. The shoe is completed with a white , brown and dark maroon 860v2 sole and an “N-ERGY” midsole for the extra comfort.
The pair will be available officially from October 23, 9 am EDT.
