Back in 2003, LA based designer Jeremy Scott became the first to create a designer sneaker collection with adidas with Forum Money 1.0. The iconic sneaker released with only 100 pairs available to customers, and the pair was decorated with $100 bills, which was a statement that aligned with the designer’s unconventional style. And now, after 18 years, the duo is back with another collaboration, bringing back the iconic silhouette.
The 2021 JS Money Wings sneaker features the same graphic elements as the original, honouring the original design that has now become extremely popular. The sneaker also features the same wing attachment, as seen on the original. The $100 bills adorned on the shoe give a nod to the Forum silhouette’s original price tag back in ‘84.
Priced at INR 19,999, the sneaker is a must have for sneakerheads, and especially sneaker collectors. The pair is scheduled to launch on August 24th, at select adidas outlets, and at the adidas webstore.
