Shortly after information regarding the “Midnight Navy” Air Jordan 1 High came out, its counterpart, the Air Jordan 1 High “Neutral Grey” is ready to launch on the 25th of July. Retrying for the first time since 2001, these new images we have received show us our best look of this pair yet.
The original pair, which was limited to only 2,001 pairs, shares its shimmering uppers with this new release. The rear overlays, toe boxes, and the profile swooshes add a lot more character to the all white underlays. Doing away with the Jumpman logo on the tongue of the originals, this new pair features the “Nike Air” logo instead.
The backsides of the tongue give a reference to the “2001” and “2020” years, 2001 being the first year when Jordan Brand added a non-original colour to the Jordan’s signature shoe, and 2020 obviously being the current year. The insoles also say “CO.JP”, which basically refers to the fact that the pair pioneered the country-exclusive Air Jordan 1 releases.
They will be releasing on the 25th of July for a retail price of $170.
