The Air Jordan 1 Low has made its place in the list of Jordan brand’s annual Chinese New Year collection in a special-edition offering. The shoe is presented in shades of Black, University Red, Metallic Gold and White. The black and red uppers are used as a base for the heavy Chinese graphics comprising multiple depictions of an Ox. The black mesh tongues and the red colored insoles are accented with the “Nike Air” branding while the “Wings” logo on the heel arrives embroidered in gold. Red laces wrapped around the ankle collar accessorized with gold Jumpman tips and a hanging tassel are some festive additions. Concluding the shoe is a crisp white midsole and a red rubber outsole to match the uppers.
The pair is expected on the 31st of the month and will be arriving at select retailers as well as Nike.com for a price of $130 USD.
