The year 2020 has been a golden one for the entire Jordan Brand with so many different colorways of the AJ1 highs, mids and lows have been released. Joining the crew is the Air Jordan 1 Black/Metallic Gold colorway which boasts the holiday celebration of Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker. The Metallic Gold accented with black variations shows a glossy style atop its mid cut silhouette.
The sneaker is mostly covered in accents of “Metallic Gold” around the mudguard, eyestays, heel and collar flaps. The white leather quarter panel and toebox enriches the overall visibility of the sneaker. The contrast offered by black further enhances the collar and the swooshes. The black Jordan logo stays over the white nylon tongue with OG ball and wings logo stamped on the lateral collar flap also done in the same. The black laces wraps up the upper and classic white midsole above the black outsole rounds off the look.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Metallic Gold” will release via the Nike webstore and retailers like Shoe Palace on November 30. Men’s sizes are priced at $125 USD. Grade school ($100 USD), pre-school ($70 USD) and toddler/infant ($55 USD) pairs will all be available as well.
