Awake NY has just presented its full Spring/Summer 2020 collection, after starting the year strong with collaborations with Carhartt WIP, and Reebok. This capsule collection features a few signature Awake NY pieces, and designs. The stand-out theme through the capsule is Awake NYs collaboration with the artist Sam Friedman, which constitutes a silk camp shirt, and classic 5 panel camp cap with original artwork. Stand out prints from the SS20 collection range from angsty political slogans like “in God we trust, in the President we don’t”, and a Nelson Mandela quote, along with the “civilizing the uncivilized” pieces. The collection releases on the 19th of May at 11am EDT, on the Awake NY web store, and the Dover Street Market’s website. The collection will also release on SSENSE on the 26th of May.
