Beyoncé’s IVY park project has been on an all time roll ever since its long-term partnership with adidas back in 2020. However, its last drop did not match the standards of its inaugural capsule. The upcoming “ICY PARK” collection is expected to change the course and is already gaining attention amongst the fans. What separates the upcoming drop from the past is the use of unconventional sneaker packaging made of ice and an impressive lookbook featuring all the products.
The upcoming capsule comprises of pull-over sweatshirts, track pants and 5 pairs of sneakers: an UltraBOOST, two Forum Mid silhouettes, a Super Sleek 72 and a Sleek Boot. Insync with the “ICY PARK” theme, most of the products in the capsule are in the “Core White” shade with additional reflective detailing for clear visibility during rough weather. Standing out from the capsule, an adidas Originals piece arrives in a silver and grey color pairing beautifully with other pieces of the collection modeled by popular personalities such as Beyoncé, Gucci Mane and Hailey Bieber. Following the tradition seen in the previous IVY PARK releases, each sneaker is equipped with a removable co-branded, flight jacket-reminiscent tag on the heel.
The entire “ICY PARK” collection is set to arrive on adidas.com on February 19th with European stockists launching their inventory on the 20th of February.
