BIRKINSTOCK X ADERERROR Set to drop the upcoming specialized functional footwear collection 

Iconic German footwear brand; and the inventor of the footbed, Birkinstock has teamed up with the South Korean fashion brand Adererror to announce their upcoming collaborative collection. The collection is meant to be a modern interpretation of 4 of Birkinstock’s classic designs The limited- edition range of unisex styles is intended for all-day wear and all occasions, to be worn by any individual who appreciates quality, comfort, and technical details. The BIRKENSTOCK x ADERERROR collection is made in Germany with a unique, anatomically shaped footbed.

This collection draws inspiration from the technical features of ski boots. The ratchet closure found on BIRKENSTOCK’s Gizeh, Arizona, and Milano models is inspired by the ADERERROR slogan “But near missed things,” a phrase that reflects ADERERROR’s fondness for unfamiliar and unique details. The fourth model, BIRKENSTOCK’s robust A630 PU Clog remains faithful to its original design and acts to compliment the three open-toed styles. Each of the four models features a co-branded silicone pin in the shape of ADERERROR’s signature block logo. The “TOO PASSIONATE TO STOP” ad campaign reflects the humanistic passion and spirit in both a physical and psychological sense, through the medium of a one-of-a-kind choreographed performance. 

The classic brand Birkinstock needs no introduction with its almost 250 years of  shoemaking heritage. The brand that can be traced as far as 1774 is guided by the notion of quality and function in all its actions and across all categories. The concept of all-round wellbeing is developed into footwear, sleeping systems and natural cosmetics, increasingly translating the lifestyle vision of the brand heritage.BIRKENSTOCK was already using the term “footbed” in the 1910s, giving it the meaning, which is commonly understood by consumers all over the world to this day – as a synonym for outstanding comfort when walking and standing.

Arizona Tech ADERERROR

The BIRKENSTOCK Arizona has been embraced by people of all walks of life, from all around the world, making it a favorite for many. The Arizona is crafted from black-grain steer leather, featuring a special tech closure sourced from Switzerland. The made-in-Germany model is finished with a co-branded badge attached to the upper.

Milano Tech ADERERROR

The BIRKENSTOCK Milano combines a considered fit with classic design, plus the addition of a rear strap. The Milano is crafted from soft, white-grain leather, featuring a special tech closure sourced from Switzerland. The made-in-Germany model is finished with a co-branded badge attached to the upper.

A630 PU Clog

The A630 PU Clog excels when it comes to stringent hygiene standards and reliable nonslip properties. Its enclosed design and the nonslip treaded sole offer reliable grip. Its oil and grease-resistant material is also water-resistant, allowing it to be cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. The made-in-Germany model is finished with a co-branded badge attached to the upper.

The collection is set to drop on 19th May at  birkenstock.in/1774 and adererror.com, then from ADERERROR retail locations in Korea on May 20, before releasing globally with selected retailers on May 21.
