Converse is following Nike‘s lead to achieve sustainability. Converse has created an all new version of the classic Chuck Taylor which utilizes Nike’s all new “Space Hippie” technology. This futuristic shoe comprises of almost 40% recycled materials, Meanwhile the sole unit consists of Nike’s Crater sole technology. The upper of the shoe is made of recycled polyester and industrial textile remains, which is called “Morphlon blend”. The all new version of Chucks have been designed in such a way that it does it looks modern yet doesn’t make any significant changes in Converse’s iconic style with its toe cap, medial branded patch, foxing tape, and pinstripe. It is scheduled to be launched on July 23rd, 2020.
