This year has been quiet exciting for all the Converse Chuck 70 fans out there. A lot of variety in the colorway and material has been seen in different collaboration and special edition of this shoe. To bring this silhouette back to the spotlight, converse came up with it’s “Hacked Archive” pack, boasting two colorful makeups of the Chuck 70 high.
Well camo has appeared on the Chuck Taylor’s before but this time things have been done a little differently. Instead of simply printing a camo graphic on the upper, patches of different colors have been stitched together like tan, olive black, orange and visible stiches of a white thread.
The other model Egret and Noman Khaki has been sewn together which serves up a desert centric style. Tan has been used in the tongue and on the heel to secure the upper.
Both the shoes have the converse star badge on its lateral collar and high gloss toe caps have been used in order to round off the looks. The shoe is now available in the converse website for a retail price of $90.
