First Look at Nike Dunk Low Toasty “Marina” 

Even though winter is not usually a season for sneakers, but through countless winterized retoolings and features, footwear brands have blessed us (and their quotas) with heat for our feet throughout the year. Embodying that is Nike’s upcoming “Toasty” collection, that is insulating our favorite silhouettes. With a couple of Air Force 1s that have already been previewed, the collection is now working on another one of Nike’s popular silhouettes, with the Nike Dunk Low “Toasty”.

Adding to a wider warm and cozy collection, this all-new insulated Dunk Low is also a part of Nike’s Move to Zero campaign, with recycled pieces incorporated throughout the pair, including at the sole unit, the classic Swoosh, and the overlays. The upper panels are all dressed in quilted nylon, featuring comforter-like heat-retaining properties. The plush fleece liners and insoles which showcase the trademarked “Toasty” tag are the most obvious nods to the sneaker’s toe-warming qualities, while the external tags that showcase traditionally insulated outerwear add to the aesthetic. The pair is then completed by the Swoosh’s repurposed Move to Zero Pinwheel logo at the tongue, and 3D-stitched Swooshes in the rear.

The pair is expected to launch in the later months of 2021.
