With having confirmed releases like the Air Jordan 1 High “French Blue” and the rumored return of the OG Air Jordan 6 “White Infrared” creating headlines, we now have a big sneaker on its way, as per the leaked images from @zsneakerheadz it is an upcoming Air Jordan 6 “UNC” for an early 2022 release, continuing the Jumpman’s annual Tar Heels-themed drops for March Madness.
The release is confirmed by the source and has also provided the exact mock-ups of the same shoe. Therefore, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you can expect to release. The pair comes in a University Blue shade upper, light white leather overlays with navy accents throughout. The latter hits the clip, lace locks, liner, and midsole paint. All these three shades come together for the Air Jordan 7 inspired tongue, whereas the white and icy-translucent outsoles come underfoot. Towards the end, the shoe features a PE-inspired garment tag towards the back which is a staple inclusion on Jordan Brand’s PE – inspired releases from years past.
