The all-rounder design of Nike Dunk has made an impact of the silhouette in the collaborative space. Even after being a simple design, the Dunk is not limited to color and material blocking any collaborator to run free. A perfect example would be the Nike SB Dunk Low “What the P-Rod”. But in often cases, when given a chance to Dover Street Market, it gives the simplest results. A clear hint of such basicity can be noticed on Air Max 1 from 2018, Air Jordan 1 and Dunk Highs from 2015. But this time, the new DSM x Nike Dunk Low is challenging the monochrome theme.
Dressed in all-white; including the sole, laces, liners and branding – the pair does not let up in hue save the interior branding hits. The upper appears in all-out velour from toe to tail and tongues in traditional nylon. An equally glossy finish added to the forefoot mini Swooshes and a white sole to finish it all with DSM-branded insoles.
A black, black and white, white colorway is expected at the release with a hint to achieve the classic college-style blocking. As of now, there is no known date of the Dover Street Market Dunks but are soon to be known about the given colorways.
