The prestigious Japanese designer , Fragment’s Fujiwara Hiroshi is rumored to return for good for a brand new Nike collaboration, once again teaming with an established designer in the process. His most recent official release was a product of a three-way link-up in which Fujiwara took to Clot’s Nike Air Force 1 Low, but now he awaits at brining his trademark stylings to fellow native sacai’s LDV Waffle.
Back in June , Hiroshi was first spotted in the silhouette back , but having a first image of the pair’s factory production surfaced indicates a future possibility of its retail release in the future. Following it up a mock-up design was provided which gives a pretty good idea of the pair’s construction, including uppers made of navy nylon, double-layered black and blue suede overlays, dual Swooshes in white, and both black and white nylon tongues. The forefoot has the signature fragment stamps, and the pair is finished with a standard white and black, midsole rubber outsole respectively.
A release date for the Fragment x sacai x Nike LDV Waffle has been made official by a handful of European retailers for June 1st.. Until then, enjoy the detailed looks at the Fragment x sacai x Nike LDV Waffle here below.
