An on-the-foot look of the upcoming Off-White x Future Laboratories Nike Dunk Low collab has just been previewed by repgod888. To stay in touch with the past celebrated Virgil Abloh/Nike Dunk releases – like the Danny Supa Dunks and Nike Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit – the color that dominates the upper is orange coupled with navy.
This upcoming pair of dunk lows, which were originally unveiled at the Off-White SS20 live stream, features the unique boot-inspired lace anchor points with orange laces over the traditional sneaker lacing layout with navy laces. The outmost panels along with the Swoosh logo arrive in orange and white, respectively, while the inner panels contain the signature stencil artwork of Futura along with his signature. Co-branding is displayed at the heel in the form of an “FL” logo, on the tongue with a joint NIKE x FL tag, special insole, and side “NIKEDUNKLOW” handstyle.
Bringing back Abloh’s fondness for the colors of the North Carolina Tar Heels, a second colorway was also teased. This pair witness University Blue mixed with white with orange accents. Futura’s artwork arrives on the inner panels in a faint yellow shade. The main distinction between the two is that the icy-blue outsole contains a large Futura signature across the transparent bottom.
Stay tuned for a release date along with pricing.
