The brand new women’s model, the Jordan Air Mae, is an example of how Jordan’s future and past often collide, focusing on the brand’s recent Flight Utility format infused with Air Jordan 3 ancestry.
The pair brings in a similar shape, as its 1988 inspirations, with more obvious callouts at the perforated collar and sweeping mudguard, accompanied by Rear overlays mimicking the 88’s signature’s back tabs, too. Flight Utility themes roll in through lightweight, technical uppers, militaristic tongues, laces, and pulls, helped along by an all-green coloring and external text and numerals that channel FU models past. Underfoot features a moon boot-like tread, with heavy-duty traction, and Air Max Plus-like 7-bubble Air systems beneath.
A release date for the new Jordan Air Mae has as not yet been announced, but find the official images down below. It’s likely that a release won’t be too far away.
