Following it’s collaboration with Undercover, Converse has now joined forces with Mastermind Japan to work on a Chuck 60’s silhouette.
Well, following the logo centric design trend, converse has rightfully used the skull and crossbones motif on the pair. With all the technical bells of the modern sneaker, this Chuck Taylor from the 60’s also give a vintage feel and look. The logo of Mastermind Japan is clearly visible on the tongue of the sleek black canvas shoe. Other details include silver toned spike in place of the top eyelet, contrasting stitch around the edges and the Mastermind branding on the rubber toe cap, on the upper of the shoe. For the final touch, a rubber motif is placed on both the lateral and medial side of the midsole and a vibrant treading has been used which rounds of the vivid design of the shoe.
This sneaker will retail at a price of $224 USD and will be available on the Mastermind Japan’s website.
