It appears that the next series of the Paris Saint-Germain x Jordan Brand collaboration is very close, as teasers of the upcoming sneaker variations are starting to come out. Started off by the maroon and white Air Jordan 4 which was unveiled last week, the “PSG” capsule is now turning their attention over to Jumpman’s running and athletic department, to introduce us to a new project and a new silhouette — the Air Zoom Renegade.
Becoming Jordan’s entry into this modern Zoom Running family, this pair employs an exposed cushioning pod, similar to the on the controversial AlphaFly Next%. It’s low-profile upper features all-over patterns, which transition all the way from 3D-cubes at the rear, and square tiles towards the center, to circular graphics near the forefoot, which are similar to that of the Air Jordan 13 Chinese New Year. At the middle of the sneaker, the arched panel brings in a bold, multi-coloured marble pattern, which is backdropped in black, bordered by a contrasting yellow strip above. PSG branding is seen stamped at the rear of the sneaker, with its traditional logo, as well as fleur-de-lis decor and “Paname” text (Paris’ nickname) on the heel tabs. The pair will drop on Nike’s website in the coming months for $140.
