Jordan Brand Prepares the Air Jordan 1 for Winter With a Fur-Lined Acclimate Model
For both sneaker and boot lovers, this one is a godsend. Jordan Brand has baked the Air Jordan 1 for inclement fall and winter weather with a new Acclimate model, so it just isn’t all looks it’s a proportionally mixed boot and shoe which is a rugged vision of the Air Jordan 1, Michael Jordan‘s first signature sneaker.
The season-specific silhouette is in an all-black colorway with rubberized embellishments, a soft sherpa fleece lining, and more. The forefoot and midfoot are made of glossy leather, the standard toebox perforations are sunken in and closed to prevent water from seeping through as it is fitting for a weatherproofed Air Jordan silhouette. The top three eyestays offer boot-like D-rings while the tongue continues the dotted stylings found on the collar, and is equipped with a black rubber tag that boasts a white Jordan spellout.
The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate has yet to receive an official release date or pricing information, but it’s likely to arrive this fall.
