Nike is all set to drop a brand new Air Max model in 2022 titled – Air Max Scorpion, as per some sources. The sneaker is reportedly arriving in mid-September, but the release date might change given the shifting nature of sneaker release dates caused by the Coronavirus.
The forthcoming Air Max Scorpion is a VaporMax-esque lifestyle shoe offering a full-length Airbag that seems to be an extension of the one seen on the Air Max 2021. The upper of the pair is constructed with Flyknit and has a Swoosh over the heel that slides down till the midsole.
The shoe will contribute to the brand’s efforts next year to help resurrect the energy around its Air Max line.
