Nike ACG creates an Amphibious Air Zoom AO Hiker
Nike ACG has unveiled the all new Air Zoom AO Hiker hybrid silhouette the basic purpose of which is to tackle the problems such as overheating and or muscular fatigue that are faced by hikers. This all new design is a combination of a regular football shoe silhouette and Nike Phantom VNM football boot. The AO is a versatile choice for braving the trail or the stream during the warm months. On the pitch this is used for a clean ball strike, but on the trail it ensures the wearer’s laces won’t snag. The details include quick-pull lacing and heel tabs, taped seams to reduce the chances of irritation that provide easy entry and removal. The upper is built with black colored mesh and synthetic panels with flair added by purple trim around the collar and midfoot Swoosh, an ACG logo on the throat, purple laces and a red heel tab. The toe cap and midsole have a similar military styled tan colorway. The midsole is similar to Nike Phantom VNM, which provide a dry grip and comfort. The Zoom Air cushion on the heel of the midsole and a the toe bumper outsole provide both style and comfort. It is scheduled to be launched on 9th July.
