The Air Presto Mid Utility teased in a “Boba Fett” colorway won’t stop Nike as it is all set to launch another Star Wars-inspired colorway that reeks of Darth Vader. As the Star Wars franchise is still in an exclusive multi-year deal with adidas, this collaboration will not be official.
The Air Presto Mid Utility’s construction involves an extended high-cut collar and zippered ankle dubbed in “Racer Blue.” Resembling the Vader’s armor, this pair arrives in stealthy black featuring a tonal midfoot cage with “Team Red” accents hitting the upper eyelets and tongue badge. Branding is done via Nike motifs on the insole, embroidered swooshes at the mudguard in “Anthracite,” with more Swooshes appearing at the quarter rear.
The Nike Air Presto Mid Utility style is scheduled to release this Fall on Nike’s website for a retail price of $150 USD.
