Year 2020 has been a significant year for Nike and especially their collaborations with other brands and the special anniversaries count for all of it. Owing to it Air Max 90 and Air Max 95 celebrated their 30 and 25 years of existence respectively. Now the swoosh is shining a light on their new take with Vietnam, the very nation where most of the products get manufactured. This year also marks 25 years of the relationship between the Beaverton-based imprint and the Asian country, and so Nike has decided to honor that through a special SB Dunk Low colorway. The color of this sneaker is derived form the Vietnam flag and the star icon featured on country’s banner is imprinted on the heels. The red overlays and triple stacked Swooshes are reminiscent of Parra collabs and remixed tongue logo swaps SB for 25 and the toebox graphic directly nods to the commemoration. Stay tuned for further details on the drop of this sneaker.
