Paul George and Nike are ready to ring in the new year with a brand new chapter of signature in-game footwear.
The PG 4, seen here via the brand’s official images, boasts a completely brand new cushion technology and design direction that completely redirects the PG signature line into uncharted territory.

The upper makes use of a zippered shell – a tight mesh on the lateral and a porous mesh on the medial – that, oddly enough, features lace holes to tie down the shoe above the exterior.

Beneath the shroud are some distinct lace fixtures in silver and bright crimson red, allowing for full lockdown and containment. The cushioning package has also been reworked; gone is the forefoot Zoom from the PG 1-3, and in its place is a full-length Air unit with a visible window beneath the sole.

Currently, the Nike PG 4 is expected to release in January 2020, so stay tuned for an official announcement.
