Keeping in mind that the Nike SB Dunk has claimed yet another landmark within the world of sneaker trends, the sneaker is slowly increasing its momentum by showcasing several more hues for its lovers in 2020. Among them are the collaborations with the likes of Sean Cliver and FRAME SKATE, while others fall below the inline label such as this recently spotted “Wheat” colorway. Being that we’re completely settled into Fall, it only makes sense that the SB division shines in on the seasonal style tradition.
For long-time SB heads, this very sneaker may take you two decades back to the memories of Dunk High “Wheat” that retailed back in 2002 due to the addition of its various shadings of brown tones, but these are formed with tints a little more saturated in hue. Uppers, which mix between full suede toe box and side paneling along with mesh tongues, are covered entirely in its titular tone. The treading is done in a gum hue, and the midsoles and tongue/heel motifs alike are dyed in a murky brown to give its Autumn-appropriate design intentions the limelight. Have a further look below, keep it safe for its official launch likely on Nike.com, and through select skate retailers.
