Nike unveils the Space Hippie “Volt” Collection
Nike‘s Space Hippie series focuses on creating a sustainable sneaker collection. After revealing Space Hippie line in a grey and orange color scheme, Nike has revealed the Space hippie collection that includes Space Hippie 2, Space Hippie 3 and Space Hippie 4. The collection is Nike’s step in compliance to its Move to Zero initiative. The upper of the shoe is made of renewable grey Space Waste yarn that is made of recycled bottles to t-shirt and yarn scraps. The mid-sole is made of soft grey crater foam made of light sky blue — and made of Crater Foam, which combines recycled ZoomX foam for comfort with Nike Grind rubber to provide signature flecked details. The 03 has a sock shoe extended upper, 01 and 04 have a lace up while the 03 is lace-less with light blue pops, black heel and tongue tabs and neon green Swooshes respectively. It is scheduled to be launched on 15th July.
