After fulfilling its purpose as an exclusive launch location for the Grateful Dead x Nike SB Dunk Low in the “Orange Bear” colorway, San Francisco’s homegrown FTC is now being rewarded with their very own collaboration. The Haight Street mainstay is gearing up for its very own Nike SB Dunk Low colorway in a series of elevated materials and summer tones.
The overlays present themselves in white leather with a tile-like texture running throughout. Suede makes its appearance on the collars, quarters and toe-boxes, perfectly coordinating with the mesh tongues in terms of the “Lagoon Pulse” filling. Fine additions such as the “Metallic Silver” Swooshes and the “Speed Yellow” interior linings complement the tones to a perfect extent. FTC bringing in some alterations by swapping the Nike lettering on the heel as well as the SB Dunk Low spellout on the tongues for their own branding. Moving inwards, the insoles arrive paint splattered with co-branded logos.
With no confirmation on release date by Nike or FTC, the pair can be expected to hit the retail market in the upcoming months.
