As Adidas expands its collaborative designer roster, Phillip “Philllllthy” Leyesa has collaborated with the Three Stripes to reimagine the Adidas NMD S1. After an initial peek in July, on-foot photographs of the shoe have finally surfaced.

Shades of blue, brown, and black create a strong appearance on the futuristic silhouette of this collaboration take on the Adidas NMD S1. Beginning with the trademark sole unit, a gum outsole with a Trefoil-shaped grip is combined with a full-length BOOST midsole in white. The renowned cushioning technology is protected by a semi-translucent blue shell with midsole plugs and co-branding on the side. The toebox and heel of the top have a checkered weave of blue, off-white, and black. The Three Stripes show in a bold blue at the midfoot, while the lacing system is a softer sky blue. The collar completes the design with its light blue hue, which is accented by a light brown tab at the laces and off-white details on the heel.

While Adidas has yet to announce official release details for the Philllllthy x Adidas NMD S1 “Blue,” it is slated to hit stores on November 15 for USD 220 via the Three Stripes and select retailers globally. For more updates, stay on.
