After a successful apparel collection “Sick Mind, Healthy Body” with Albino & Preto, PLEASURES is lunging into a collaboration with Adidas. The brands have come together to create a fresh take on the adidas Superstar that is subtle and underplayed in style but tough when it comes to palette.
Nearly the whole shoe is dipped in black including the smooth leather tongues, medial and lateral panels, and the classic shell toe boxes. The pair comes with translucent side stripes and crisp white shoe strings. The PLEASURES brand name replaces the traditional superstar word next to the stripes as well as heels inside an oval in bold red accents from the LA based company. The silhouette’s tongue has been striped of their usual brand hits in attempt to maintain the minimal motif. Down under the midsoles and treading alike are each in an all-black aesthetic much like the rest of the design.
Retailers such as Nice Kicks are launching these lifestyle kicks coming May 27 for $130 USD.
