Ever since its revival the New Balance 2002R has been gaining a lot of attention via collaborations. Although the popularity range is limited to Asia, New Balance has decided to use it to their advantage and revealed a new collaboration. Joining forces with Randomevent and Unik for a two-part pack of out of the box colorways.
The first of the lot is rather simple, dressed in white from top to bottom with yellowed soles to give it a vintage vibe. The alternative arrives in opposite tones with a complete blackout. To improve visibility the panels of branding are kept apart and bring life to the rather simple shoe. Working more to keep it above the ordinary, the lighter neutral receives the ability to glow in the dark and arrives in a custom packaging.
