The Air Jordan 34 has stirred up quite the portfolio based on player exclusives, after its release last fall. Some of these pairs, like The Office, for Blake Griffin, the Paranorman for Jayson Tatum, and the Bayou Boys one made for their rookie Zion Williamson, have become very popular now. Now one of the newer members of the Jumpman roster, Rui Hachimura, of the Washington Wizards, is going to get his own PE. Dubbed the “Japan”, this is a direct nod to the player’s Japanese background. The overlays split between each foot, and are filled with cultural graphics. The left shoe comes clad in multicoloured patterns which are reminiscent of tiles, and this perhaps eludes to the ancient temples, while the right shoe gets the floral treatment, with floral patterns that are symbolic of the iconic cherry blossom seasons. The tongue on this shoe also has a samurai visual stamped on it. The pair is expected to drop in Japan only, but we have to wait for the official release details.
