Sean Wotherspoon‘s SUPER EARTH Superstar launch has been a hot topic ever since the rumors have spread for its release, Sean Wotherspoon has taken to his Instagram to give spoilers for the next sneaker he’s come up with an alliance with Adidas Originals — this time it’s an iteration of the ZX 8000.
Just like the Round Two boss-man’s first collaborative sneaker, the ZX 8000 SUPER EARTH rocks a multi-colored upper that’s accentuated with plenty of branding and embroidery. The ZX 8000 also showcases a variety of materials, with canvas, cloth, faux leather, and a jute-like fabric all being seen in the teaser pics.
A transparent plastic heel cage — hopefully, made with a sustainable focus in mind — can be seen at the rear, rocking a topsy turvy pattern of loose threads that correspond with the heel’s “SW — SUPER EARTH” embroidery. Multicolored Adidas Trefoil logos have been embroidered along one side of the upper, while more motifs have been added on the tongue.
Summing up the sneaker is a creamy-white sole unit highlighted with colored flecks throughout, and a red Torsion bar rounded off with “SW” branding.
Rumors suggest that the Sean Wotherspoon x Adidas Originals ZX 8000 “SUPER EARTH” will launch in February 2021 for $140 USD. Have a closer look at the down below.
