Jordan Brand has finally added the Air Jordan 1 Centre Court to its 2021 lineup officially. This release is expected to inspire a whole new set of future colorways. You might recognize the shoe from “The Last Dance”. Moreover, since it recently took up the “Cyber Monday” mantle, the silhouette will soon annex yet another classic palette, one Undefeated used for their Air Jordan 4 back in 2005.
An olive tone can be seen across the leather upper and tongue, the color slightly faded in some areas to keep up a subtle worn-in aesthetic. The counter is the opposite in terms of aesthetics, with its thick embroidered piping, suede panels, and the green hue appearing much more solid-toned which seems to elevate the entire look of the sneaker. The laces and linings are painted black, with the branding and midsole in white. This seems to maintain the neutral look, and highlights the bright orange heel tab, crediting either the iconic MA-1 or the streetwear label’s 16-year-old collaboration.
This launch has definitely kept sneakerheads on their toes and is set to launch officially on Nike in the coming months of this year.
