As collectors are getting more anxious towards the original colorways of the Air Jordan 1, they’re being met with heritage-inspired color palettes but in modern arrangements. And that’s exactly what we can see in the upcoming Retro High OG “Stage Haze,” inspired by the sneaker’s inaugural “Shadow” look.
Quickly dubbed as the 3.0-version of the aforementioned original colorway, the forthcoming Jordans are expected to have a “Black Toe” makeup partnered by “Grey Fog” around the lower heel. A “colorless” look appears on the toe, mid-foot and ankle, making the greyscale aesthetic to revel in the spotlight. Still, the pair’s most notable detail is no doubt the “Bleached Coral” branding on the tongue label. However, retail versions of the shoes may look different than initial drawings, many spectators have denounced the “NIKE AIR” logo on the tongue, as it appears unnecessary.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Stage Haze” is expected to launch on 14th May 2022 via the Nike SNKRS app.
