In late 2018, Jordan Brand hosted the Air Jordan 4‘s 30th milestone anniversary with a “Black Laser” colorway, but joining that was a friend & family-limited “Green Laser” version.
One of the limited-to-68 AJ4 “Green Laser” pairs now is owned by prolific rare sneaker head English Sole, who has now given us a full look at the seldom-seen sneaker. These were only given to the Jordan Brand’s marketing team and a small number of Jordan Brand athletes and never launched to the public.
The sneaker rocks a satin green upper that’s been stitched with a full body design, dressing up the surface in a completely random pattern. Contrasting this is a variety of black hues making the upper, such as mesh panels on the vamp and mid-panel, the AJ4’s signature eyestay piece, and its extended mid-sole bumper.
Summing up the sneaker is a white midsole that’s made to complement an icy outsole, as well as red Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel.
