The Salvages Releases Its Manifesto Sneaker in “Midnight Black” 

The Salvages will be releasing its Manifesto sneaker in a “Midnight Black” colorway at the end of August as a continual of its  “Bone White” edition.

Taken from the Deconstructivism movement, which The Salvages explains “is characterised by fragmentation, from the 1980’s, is the Menifesto. Combining unlikely materials together like elk, calfskin, suede, full grain leather, knit and mesh the sneaker is handmade. And testifies to keeping it both 100 and comfort, with a ventilated construction that sports an asymmetrical Vibram outsole alongside pigment-free leather and orthopaedic insoles.

The Salvages is an archival fashion e-commerce platform and its own fully fledged label, with a track record of grailed and sold out releases is helmed by Singapore-based Earn Chen and Nicolette Yip.

The Manifesto “Midnight Black” will be releasing on August 31, on select retailers Dover Street Market Ginza, Slamjam, Tres Bien, Matches, ToKION the store, Cherry Fukuoka, Nubian Tokyo and Boon The Shop.
