Saucony , an American shoe manufacturer for athletic shoes has been an underground brand for the streetwear enthusiasts. Saucony has brought back its Grid Azura 2000 back to life again . They intially released this pair in collaboration with Bodega , a Boston based streetwear label , earlier this year.This shoe project was highly top secret and under the belt.
The re birth of Grid Azura 2000 is being done in orange and purple iterations. The first pair brings vibrant orange suede with mesh upper covered with black overlays giving the shoe a tiger stripe like design.The second pair swaps the vibrant orange with tonal grays with overlays of dark purple color.The logo is covered with pink color placed around the mid panel of foot. The white midsole in these shoes is complemented with orange and pink outsoles.
These shoes have summery vibe to them and both colorways are available at Sneaker Politics for retail of $110 each.
