The “What The” Nike LeBron 17 will be releasing in Grade School sizes soon
Covered in a mash-up of eight different releases since September 2019, the Nike “What The” LeBron 17, which continues a tradition, one which was started with the LeBron 9 sample. The left shoes take on a dark colour scheme, with black and grey Knitposite from the December and January’s “Currency” and “I Promise” releases. The scarlet tongues boast James’ motto, “MORE THAN AN ATHELETE”, just as the right shoe’s purple tongues are covered with yellow laces, clad in motivational phrases. The light gum brown outsoles and the multicoloured tooling surrounding them contrast their left counterparts. There is also a playful array of detachable velcro patches and “REMOVE BEFORE LAUNCH” hangtags present. The pair will drop on Nike’s website, with a retail price tag of $160.
