Roger Federer signed up with UNIQLO come 2018, all of which seem to go south after a period of time. Nike not taking it very well, ended up in a brand dispute argument with one of the most popular brand ambassador they had. With the sponsorship transfer, Federer stepped in a lawsuit regarding the “RF” branding predominantly used during his Nike partnership.
Winning the battle after two years, Federer gained legal ownership of the “RF” logo. UNIQLO has now used the logo for their upcoming cap. Costing you approximately $19 USD, the cap presents itself with the “RF” text on the front with co-branding of “ROGER” and UNIQLO on the rear. Arriving in 8 different color options as per Federer’s choice, the cap will be available to purchase exclusively via UNIQLO on the 8th of December.
