Akin to the Mark Smith x Air Force 1 “Laser” which was released back in 2003, Nike is now gearing up to drop a “Laser” theme on the Air Max 90.
Going with a “Natural/White” makeup, the sneaker features a single-piece upper detailed with a wood grain pattern, ranging all the way from small to large swirls with a bit of striping. Sparing no one, the Nike Air, Swoosh and Air Max branding have also fallen prey to the theme in order to match the design. Concluding the shoe are a pair of contrasting white laces, a matching sockliner and insoles. The Air unit is embedded into a classic white midsole with a translucent rubber outsole.
The pair is set to release in the upcoming weeks for a retail price of $150 USD.
